Welcome to the new MARQ website. Archaeological Museum of Alicante. This new portal is born from the hand of the exhibitions "The beauty of the body in ancient Greece" and "Greek footprints in the Contestania". Little by little this new website will grow in content and services so that over time it can be consolidated as a meeting point for all lovers of Alicante's history and culture. The Marq's new website aims to be dynamic and interactive. The Marq, with this technological venture, is entering into concepts such as user communities, blogs, wikis, etc. The aim will be to promote the creation and exchange of information and knowledge, aimed at both archaeology professionals and amateurs, teachers and students, young and old. The Marq hopes that this will be a platform to promote the appreciation and dissemination of Alicante's historical and cultural heritage.
