NIEVES ROSELLO CREMADES
IN MEMORIAM.

We have learned of the death of Nieves Roselló, who was a grant holder and collaborator of this Museum for many years. We remember her as an exceptional companion during the years when we enjoyed the teaching of Enrique Llobregat, when the Museum occupied the ground floor of the Palacio de la Diputación de Alicante. In the storerooms in C/ Ferre Vidiella Nieves invested a great deal of effort in the organisation and inventory of the collections, as well as participating in the excavations of the Illeta dels Banyets, Castillo del Río and Rábita de Guardamar, among others. One of her main lines of research focused on the late Roman and Visigoth necropolis of Vistalegre (Aspe), of which she was the director of the excavation and which she published in several publications.

His memory remains with us, may he rest in peace.
