The aim of the visit of the technicians from the German museum - in Alicante from Monday until today - is to get to know the temporary exhibition halls of the MARQ that will host the exhibition. "The treasure of the barbarians".
This exhibition is part of the MARQ Calendar of temporary exhibitions for 2012, which was approved by the Alicante museum at its Board of Trustees held on 10 October.
After visiting the rooms where the exhibition will be on display, the delegation from the German museum - headed by technicians Lars Börner and Richard Petrovszky - took an interest in the MARQ's programme of activities and research and toured the museum's permanent rooms to get to know the innovative museographic proposal of the MARQ, which in 2004 was awarded the European Museum of the Year Award.
