Next May is the 10th anniversary of the Marq. This year 2012, Radio Nacional de España (RNE) also commemorates its anniversary (75 years since its creation) through a series of dissemination, information, outreach and citizen participation actions throughout Spain. Through these actions, RNE will publicise the internal work of a radio station that has covered the country's history with its citizens over the last 75 years.
On Wednesday 18 April 2012 will be installed in the MARQ Gardens. a spectacular platform-exhibition space consisting of a radio studio and workshop open to all, a museum with unique pieces of the evolution of radio in Spain and an exhibition and interactive room.
This mobile unit will be used as a base for the live broadcasting of RNE programming on the same day.
In the afternoon, the radio station managers will organise activities for the youngest members of the audience, the aim of which is to give them a direct insight into and appreciation of how this important means of communication works.
You are all invited to this interesting encounter with the radio, which is a unique opportunity for the youngsters. They will also receive a gift as a souvenir of this day.
