Nearly 400 people took part in the MARQ's educational activities this Easter week

The didactic activities organised by the MARQ during Easter have registered the attendance of around 400 people. Numerous families have approached theIlleta del Banyets and Lucentum sites to take part in the workshops organised by the Alicante museum between 10 and 13 April and know the archaeological and cultural heritage of the province.

Through a game of cluesThe visitors were able to walk through the parks to solve a riddle set at the entrance to the parks. With the help of the materials and the clues provided, the families were able to have discovered the most emblematic corners of the sites. Along the way, they also met people from different periods who explained what the site was like when it was inhabited and provided them with the information they needed to solve the enigma.

With these leisure and cultural activities, the MARQ aims to promote the dissemination of archaeological heritage and active participation as a family, as well as to stimulate public interest in archaeology and history.
