The Marq hosted the visit on the 10th, organised by the Department of Institutional Image and Promotion of the Provincial Council of Alicante.
The group toured the museum's permanent collection and temporary exhibition. "The treasure of the Barbarians".The result of more than a year and a half of intense work between the MARQ and the Palatinate Historical Museum in Speyer (Germany).
During their visit to the museum, the authorities from the Central American country highlighted the Marq's innovative museographic proposal and were interested in the museum's programme of activities at national and international level, a programme that has turned the Marq into a reference model that is being followed by other museums and cultural centres beyond our borders.
