The Foundation of the Valencian Community MARQ and the Miguel Hernández University of Elche signed this morning an agreement to establish a system of joint collaboration that will enable disseminate cultural activities among the members of the student community that the Alicante museum is developing.
The UMH Vice-Rector for Institutional Relations María Teresa Pérez Vázquez and the manager of MARQ Paco Sirvent have signed this agreement which will offer both students and employees of the school, 50 per cent discount on the regular museum admission priceThe sites of the Tossal de Manises in Alicante, the Illeta dels Banyets in El Campello and the Almohad Tower of Almudaina.

To take advantage of this offer, those interested must prove that they belong to the UMH by means of the display of the University ID card at the ticket offices of MARQ or the archaeological parks.
The signing of this collaboration agreement is in addition to those previously signed with the provincial federations of parents' associations of Alicante "Gabriel Miró" and "Escuela y Familia" with the aim of to bring the archaeology of the province and the exhibitions held at MARQ and its sites closer to the public..
