The MARQ receives the "Bravo Badge" from Tripadvisor for the excellent ratings from the website's users.

 

The Archaeological Museum of Alicante, MARQ, has received the Bravo Badge granted by the platform TripAdvisor by the excellent ratings by users of the website who have visited the cultural centre. According to the data provided by the world's largest travel planning portal, a total of 1,234 users have rated the museum as 'Excellent', achieving an 'Excellent' rating. 4.5-point rating out of a maximum of 5 possible.

    In 2013, the MARQ already won the 'Certificate of Excellence' which is also awarded by Tripadvisor in recognition of the quality of the establishments that achieve excellent reviews from travellers.

     The MARQ, which in 2014 received 111,433 people, is one of the national reference museums and is currently showing the exhibition 'The last voyage of the Fragata Mercedes'. The exhibition, organised by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sportthe Ministry of Defence and Spanish Cultural Action, The exhibition tells the story of the sinking of the ship and the political and military circumstances surrounding it through more than a hundred selected pieces.
