Students of the Erasmus "TPTI" master's degree visit the MARQ facilities.

   Students belonging to the 8th Promotion of the Master "Erasmus Mundus TPTI" (Techniques, Patrimoine y Territoires de l'Industrie) that they develop at the University of Alicante, have made a scheduled visit to the MARQ on the occasion of their specialization, accompanied by Professor Miguel Saéz from the Department of Applied Economic Analysis of the Faculty of Economics.

   The visit was guided by the Technical Director of the Museum, Manuel Olcina, and the Managing Director of the MARQ Foundation, Josep Albert Cortés, and the students were interested in various aspects related to the functioning of the Museum.

   They showed special interest in the role played by the Museum and the Foundation in the management and conservation of heritage, including the activity of the laboratory in the restoration of the pieces found at the sites.

   They were also informed of the work of dissemination and involvement of society through the permanent exhibitions and the activities programmed for school groups and other groups. 

  Finally, the importance of temporary exhibitions was emphasised and issues related to exhibition management were highlighted.
