The Archaeological Museum of Alicante has organised various educational activities for the next few days on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The extensive programme includes the participation of associations from the province such as ASDOW, APESOA, Alicante Accesible and APSA and is focused on disseminating and bringing the museum's archaeological heritage closer to groups with different abilities.
Tomorrow 2 December will be held a guided tour at 10:00 a.m. to see the exhibition "Uruguay in Guaraní", while an hour later there will be a workshop on this same exhibition. This activity is aimed at ASDOW members.
The Saturday 3The APESOA collective will participate in the event on the day on which the anniversary is commemorated at 10:00 and to the20:00 hours in both guided tours, in sign languageto see the pieces that make up "Vikings. Warriors of the North. Giants of the Sea". At 16:00 hours The citizens who make up Accessible Alicante will be the ones to visit the exhibition.
Finally, the Sunday 4 December at 11.30 a.m. APSA members will hold a dramatised visit to this same exhibition.
Open Day
Coinciding with the 6th of December with the Constitution Daythe MARQ will hold a open daywith free entryboth to visit the museum such as the deposits of Lucentum and the Illeta dels Banyetsfrom 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., as well as the Almudaina Tower which will be open from 09:00 to 13:00.
