A group of 50 vice-rectors visited the Marq yesterday afternoon, as part of the programme of activities proposed by the Research Conference of vice-rectors of R+D+i of Crue Universidades Españolas, which is being held until Friday in Alicante.
The teachers, accompanied by the Marq's technical director, Manuel Olcina, and the exhibition's technical coordinator and Marq archaeologist, José Luis Menéndez, toured both the permanent galleries and the temporary Maya exhibition.
Crue Universidades Españolas, founded in 1994, is a non-profit association made up of a total of 76 Spanish universities: 50 public and 26 private.
