The Provincial Federation of Pensioners and Retired of Alicante UPD, has held in the Assembly Hall of the Marq a Training Day for Managers. The UDP, Unión Democrática de Jubilados y Pensionistas is the largest confederation of elderly people in Spain, which fights in defence of their interests and collaborates in support and development programmes for this group. It has more than 3,000 member associations and more than 1,500,000 associates in all the Autonomous Communities, with presence also in several cities in other European and American countries.
