MARQ celebrates the International Day of Persons with Disabilities with a full programme of workshops and tours

From today until next Sunday, December 3, the Archaeological Museum of Alicante celebrates the International Day of Persons with Disabilities with a special calendar of workshops and visits to the international exhibition 'Mayas. The enigma of the lost cities'.. The planned activities include the participation of associations from the province and are focused on disseminating and bringing the archaeological heritage museum to groups of people with different abilities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In addition, both the MARQ and the Museum of the Provincial Consortium of Firefighters (MUBOMA) have programmed a series of activities, in anticipation of their christmas agendaThe main target group is the children's public. Both centres will organise DOORS OPEN and thematic workshops to enjoy next week's holidays with the family.

The archaeological museum's assembly hall will host tomorrow, Saturdayat 19:00 hoursa concert of 'Stile Vocale. Coro de Voces Blancas de Alicante', tourbillon watches for the benefit of the Sociedad San Vicente de Paul Alicante-Obra social Federico Ozanam. In addition, and coinciding with the festival of the Constitution Daythe MARQ will hold a open daywith free entryboth to visit the museum such as the deposits of Lucentum and the Illeta dels Banyetsduring the opening hours of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..

For its part, the MUBOMA is warming up for Christmas and will be opening its doors free of charge on wednesday 6 december from 11.30 a.m. onwards to hold a Magic Visit' and 'The Poinsettia' workshop. The programme will continue on 8, 9 and 10 December with workshops and the initiative 'El MuBoma solidario'.
