The Thai Ambassador to Spain, Ms Rattikul Chansuriya, came to Alicante last Friday to visit the Museum she had heard so much about... the MARQ. The diplomat signed the MARQ's book of honour and spent a good part of the afternoon visiting each and every one of the temporary galleries, taking an interest in numerous pieces along the way. A guided tour of the MARQ allowed the ambassador to delve into the history of Alicante through the rich archaeological heritage housed in the museum.
