More than 2,600 people passed through the MARQ in the so-called White Night of the Museums, which lasted last Friday until one o'clock in the morning. An event in which nine cultural, museum and art centres of Alicante, MUSEA, open their doors to bring their proposals to the general public, seasoned with a multitude of activities for all ages. On this occasion, the MARQ designed a leisure proposal for the whole family under the title 'The first settlers'. Visitors were able to admire the exhibition 'Rupestre. The first sanctuaries' and take part in storytelling, workshops, games and participate in a gigantic cave mural. The evening was enlivened by the group Spirit of St. Louis, and after participating in the initiation workshop, many visitors were able to dance to the rhythm of swing.
