Francisco Ivorra from AlicanteASISA's president, has been renewed as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Fundación de la Comunitat Valenciana MARQ.. The President of the Diputación de Alicante, Carlos Mazónand the vice-president and deputy for culture, Julia ParraIvorra was received this morning after signing before a notary public the position that accredits him as a patron of this body, made up of people of recognised social and cultural prestige.
Francisco Ivorra Miralles is Graduate in Medicine from the University of Valencia (1973). He completed his MIR at the Internal Medicine Department of the General Hospital of Alicante and later specialised in Rheumatology and Rehabilitation.
In 1978 he joined ASISA as a provincial medical delegate. Three years later he was elected a member of the Lavinia Governing Board and later became Director in charge of the Commercial Area. In 1998 he became Managing Director and another three years later Vice-President of Lavinia-ASISA. He has been president since 2003 and in 2019 he was awarded the Medal of Honour of the Royal National Academy of Medicine..
