MARQ kicks off its open doors weekend to bid farewell to the exhibition Iran. Cradle of Civilisations

The President of the Diputación de Alicante, Carlos Mazónand the vice-president and deputy for culture, Julia ParraThis morning, the visitors came to MARQ on the occasion of the open days that the museum has organised for sack the international exhibition 'Iran. Cradle of Civilisations".

The initiative has already this morning brought together large public who did not want to miss the last chance to enjoy this excellent exhibition that traces the career of one of the most important most remote and prolific cultures of history through 195 pieces

Mazón has toured the museum together with the vice-president and the technical director, Manuel OlcinaThe different rooms that house the exhibition, which arrived at MARQ on 14 March and will say goodbye to Alicante tomorrow. The visit was also joined later by the managing director of the MARQ Foundation, José Alberto Cortésand the Deputy Assistant Director General of the Diplomatic Information Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Reyes Fernández.

The opening hours of the centre for this weekend are as follows 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. today, Saturday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow, Sunday.
