Entrance Joint General (MARQ + LUCENTUM + LA ILLETA + ALMUDAINA TOWER) _ 8,00€
Individual ticket that allows you to visit both the Museum's Permanent Exhibition and the Lucentum and La Illeta archaeological sites and the Almudaina Almohad Tower monument. The combined ticket will be valid for one visit to each cultural space, and will be valid for 30 days until the visits to each space have been completed.
If you wish to go on a guided tour of any of the centres listed above, you must pay a fee of 3€ per person at the centre concerned.

Entrance Interpretation Centre Cova de l'Or and Site - 5,00€ - 5,00€.
Free visits are not authorised. Access to the Interpretation Centre and the Cova de l'Or archaeological site will be limited to a maximum of 15 people per pass and always by prior arrangement, with the aim of preserving the value of the historical legacy of the archaeological site that has been converted into a site museum.

Reduced price applicable to: Students, Carnet Jove, over 65s/retired and/or pensioners. Members of ASAFAN. Large Families, according to Art. 2 of Law 40/2002 of 18 November, on the Protection of Large Families and Royal Decree 1621/2002, of 30 December, which implements the aforementioned Law. Single parent family, special category or general category, according to Decree 179/2013, of 20 November, of the Consell de la Generalitat Valenciana. Violence of terrorist acts or victims of acts of violence against women, accredited by the means provided for in Art. 9.1 and 9.2 of Law 7/2012, of 23 November of the Generalitat Valenciana.

- Trainees, with authorisation from MARQ, who need to carry out their activity on the Museum's premises.

- People with disabilities (+ 1 accompanying person) in accordance with the definition given in article 1.2 of Law 51/2003, of 2 December, on equal opportunities, non-discrimination and universal accessibility for people with disabilities; with an accompanying person when this is essential for the person to be able to carry out their visit.
In the case of reduced and zero admission fees, it is necessary to present the accreditation at the MARQ and/or Archaeological Sites and/or Monuments ticket offices.

The methods of payment accepted for the purchase of tickets at the ticket office of the MARQ and in the Lucentum y La Illeta dels Banyets are cash and credit card, the credit cards accepted being identified at the ticket office access door.
At the Monument of Almudaina Almohad Tower payment can only be made in cash.

RULES OF THE VISIT
> Eating and drinking is not permitted inside the Museum.
> Flash photography and video recording are not permitted. For the use of tripods, please ask for permission at [email protected]
> Pets are not allowed (except assistance dogs).
> Talking on the phone is not allowed inside the rooms.
> Smoking is not allowed, in accordance with current regulations.
> MARQ reserves the right to modify the programme of the planned activity for justified reasons.
> Once the ticket has been purchased, it will not be exchanged or refunded.
> The ticket has different security measures, do not buy your ticket through an unofficial sales channel. MARQ declines all responsibility for fraudulent tickets.
> Visitors must comply with the security regulations in force as set out in the Private Security Law, Law 5/2014, of 4 April.
> Entry is not permitted with bottles, cans or any other objects that may be considered dangerous by MARQ.
> MARQ reserves the right of admission.
> Persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, stimulants or similar substances are not allowed to enter.
> The ticket holder authorises the use of images taken inside the venues by different media for subsequent informative or promotional dissemination. In the case of minors, express authorisation will be required from their guardians.
> Complaint forms are available on request at the Museum ticket offices and/or through the Electronic Headquarters in the Complaints, Suggestions and Petitions section.
> It is necessary to respect the rules of coexistence and security in a space that is home to cultural heritage of incalculable value.

Ticket refunds will always be requested at least 24 hours before the time of the event and for an amount greater than 16 €. in a single purchase.
