The MARQ holds an Open Day on 9, 12 and 13 October

The Archaeological Museum of Alicante and the sites of the Tossal de Manises -Lucentum-and La Illeta dels Banyets -El Campello- will celebrate Open Days the days 9, 12 y 13 of this month on the occasion of the festivities of 9 October and Columbus Day.

The opening hours of the Open Days are as follows:

The public who come to MARQ will be able to see first-hand the contents of the permanent collection of the centreas well as the temporary exhibition "The Kingdom of Salt.7.000 years of history of Hallstatt" which exhibits archaeological treasures found over the past centuries in the prehistoric cemetery and salt mines of the Austrian town of Hallstatt. In addition, the museum will offer guided tours to this exhibition both on Wednesday 9as on Saturday 12 and on Sunday 13 October,at 12 noon .
