The 3rd International Congress of the Spanish Society for Classical Studies closes at MARQ

 

The Valencian Community confederation of the Spanish Society of Classical Studies SEEC, has closed the III International Congress entitled "Mare Nostrum: On the Shores of Time and Space", held in Alicante on 21 and 22 November, in the Assembly Hall of the MARQ. A large group of participants in this meeting did not want to miss the opportunity to visit the permanent collections of the MARQ, guided by the technical director of the Museum, Manuel Olcina. 

The conference was organised in collaboration with the Regional Ministry of Education, Research, Culture and Sport, the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts of the University of Alicante, Casa Mediterráneo, CEFIRE Humanístico y Social, the Alicante Provincial Council, the MARQ and the CAM Foundation.
