The MARQ celebrates the Nit en Blanc, with open doors, educational workshops, animated and dramatised visits for all audiences.

The MARQ, the Archaeological Museum of Alicante, dependent on the Provincial Council, celebrates this coming Friday 12th of July the Nit en Blanc of the Museums, with free access from 4 p.m. to midnight and a special programme of activities for all audiences, with educational workshops, animated and dramatised visits, and a concert by the Contrapunctum Chamber Choir of Alicante which will take place at 10 p.m. in the Sala Noble of the Library.

The theme of this day will focus on the museum's permanent collection and the current international temporary exhibition. Dynasties. The Early Kingdoms of Prehistoric Europe.

From 4 p.m. onwards, there will be a game of clues, in which participants will have to find out which of the important pieces in the temporary exhibition is the most important. Dynasties. To solve the game correctly, participants will have to progressively go through the three rooms and solve the questions posed. If they answer them correctly, they will solve the mystery.

The dramatised visit will take place at 19:30h in the MARQ gardens, for the general public and without prior registration. In this session, our characters Kiválo and Medény will help us to enter the Dynasties exhibition and will show us their era, the Ancient Bronze Age, through the most outstanding objects of their cultures that are exhibited in our Halls. A fun and promising adventure not to be missed.

The educational workshops will take place at 18:00, 19:00, 20:00 and 21:00, also on the same day.in the gardens of the MARQ and without prior registration. In them participating visitors will be able to decorate their own archer's armband; reproducing the Nebra disc and a bell-shaped vase.

The activities for families and the general public will end with an animated visit at 19:30h, in which Pira and Cavernus will be revealing the history of the province of Alicante. This activity is recommended for Children from 3 to 8 years old accompanied by an adult Registration by telephone on 965 149 000 or at the museum's ticket offices.

To round off the special extension of the museum's opening hours until 24:00hs on this special day, at 22:00hs there will be a free concert, limited to the capacity of the hall (MARQ Library), by the Contrapunctum Chamber Choir.
