For contracting subject to harmonised regulation, the Fundación de la Comunitat Valenciana MARQ will apply the applicable precepts of the LCSP.

For contracting NOT subject to harmonised regulation, the Fundación de la Comunitat Valenciana MARQ shall be governed by the Instructions that have been approved in compliance with the applicable regulations.
