Egyptian artefacts found in ancient Hispania.
Egyptian artefacts arrived in ancient Hispania in successive phases:
1. The oldest ones on the Mediterranean coasts of Andalusia (9th-8th centuries).
2. Then to all the peninsular coasts and the Balearic Islands (7th-6th centuries).
3. Pseudo-Egyptian and Egyptian artefacts begin to abound (5th-3rd c.).
4. In Roman times, statues related to Egyptian cults arrived.

Short curriculum vitae:
Born in Barcelona in 1946.
Studied Egyptology in Paris and Montpellier.
D. in 1975 from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Until this year he was a professor at the University of Barcelona.
He is currently Professor Emeritus.
He has more than 300 publications.
