MARQ has its own mascot, Llumiq, a friendly character with whom thousands of young people and young visitors, members of the Club, identify, who enjoy the activity campaigns organised for them throughout the year.

The Llumiq Club has become the platform that makes the Archaeological Museum of Alicante accessible to children and families. Created in 2004, it has more than 13,000 registered users since then.
Activities generally take place during the holiday period: Christmas, Easter, Summer (Summer at the MARQ) and other special days, such as International Museum Day, the Nit en Blanc in July or 9 October.
LLUMIQ CLUB ACTIVITIES
CHRISTMAS
During the weeks of Christmas, Club Llumiq organises a programme full of games, workshops and theatres for the whole family. You can enjoy the day "Tree Lighting"A FESTIVAL FULL OF MUSIC, CONCERTS, CHASTE, WORKSHOPS, GAMES that marks the beginning of this Christmas campaign.
EASTER
Activities in the Museum and in the YWAM y THE ILLETA for all the family during the school holidays. Don't miss them, workshops, children's theatre, treasure hunts and animated and dramatised visits.
SUMMER
The campaign of Summer at MARQ covers the months of July and August. Workshops for children from 6 to 12 years old with a timetable from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm full of activities themed around the Museum's temporary and permanent exhibitions.
