One of the main objectives of the MARQ is to bring knowledge of history to young people through, in our case, the material remains that all the civilisations and cultures that have passed through our land have bequeathed to us. The museum's programme of temporary exhibitions is an excellent opportunity for schoolchildren to visit collections from other museums, not only from our province, but also from other national and international museums, such as the British Museum. We share the same objectives with the British Museum, and proof of this is the exhibition "The Beauty of the Body. Art and thought in Ancient Greece" with 125 masterpieces of Greek Art, which together with our own production "Greek Traces in the Iberian Contestania" have a clear interest and didactic vocation by highlighting the concept of beauty of this civilisation, origin of our current western culture, allowing the youngest not only to discover this valuable heritage but also the keys to our thought.
After the visit to the exhibition, we would like to propose, as a pretext for all of the above, this activity with the aim of capturing the different emotions that you have perceived after approaching this reality, it is therefore an invitation to Beauty and to the origins of our civilisation.
The classes that come to visit the Exhibition from the different Primary, Secondary and Baccalaureate schools can participate in this competition, in which they will have to create a poster expressing the essence of the exhibition:
1.-_.-Image (drawing, illustration, photographs, etc )
2.- _.Phrase or slogan .
