2.- Royal Mailbox

All the children who want to can send their letter to the Three Wise Men from our museum. Llumiq will be present again (when his schedule allows, as he also has to be at Exponadal) as on other occasions, to greet his friends. In addition, this year we have a novelty:

THE WISHING TREE. In the Llumiq magazine there is a Christmas "ball" on which you can write "a wish" and then, for it to be fulfilled, it must be hung on the tree that will accompany the page boy and the Royal Mailbox during the festive season.

From 23 to 31 December (closed on 25 December). From 11.30 am to 1.30 pm

3. Educational Workshops "Calp. Archaeology and Museum" and "In the Confines of the Argar".

The Didactic Office of the MARQ has designed workshops so that children between 8 and 14 years old, during their holidays, can make the most of their time discovering, working and enjoying two new temporary exhibitions. The activity will consist of: a visit to the exhibition with guided explanations, work with the museum's didactic guide and a workshop in the Didactic Classroom related to the exhibition. Through the workshops they will learn about one of the most important Bronze Age cultures in the Western Mediterranean: the Argar culture, going deeper into Alicante as well as the characteristics of Los Baños de la Reina and the Medieval Pobla de Ifach in Calp. From 11.30 am to 1.30 pm. 29, 30 and 31 December, at the museum.

AT EXPONADAL

For the fifth consecutive year we will offer to all those who come to IFA, Alicante's exhibition centre, an impressive stand, this time set in the Iberian period. We will see what their habitat, customs, writing, society, religion, economy, etc. were like.
We will recreate a house with its home and outbuildings in which we will be able to appreciate different construction systems and elements: elevations, walls, roofs, distribution of rooms, etc. We will also see fabulous reproductions of representative pieces of their material culture: votive offerings, censers, statuettes, kalathos, cups, plates, jars, etc.

We continue with the dissemination of our permanent exhibition halls, after enjoying the Prehistory in the last edition. We will also have a space for other activities related to the temporary exhibitions and the "Llumiq hour" games.

As always, Club Llumiq members who present their Club Llumiq membership card will have special discounts on the ticket price.

From 26 December to 6 January.
All ages.

And for older people...
